This is the worst surgery/ doctors in Birmingham the reception women are so rude! You have to wait hours on the phone to get a appointment thats if they don't cut you off when you get to your turn. The receptionists have no manners. I ended up in hospital because after 3 days of trying to get through to them when I did get through they sent my wrong medicine to boots. These lot are the worst for service. I feel sorry for the elderly because from what I can see and understand they are worser then covid 19 and they don't care about anyones well being I will be reporting these fools to the right people and health department. They best watch out I don't make undercover footage and post it all over social media beware | ||||||

Staff always helpful when I phone for my son. Change to this practice when he moved back to the area a couple of years ago. Didn’t want to use his previous local doctor. | ||||||
