20 minutes agoNEW I am giving this surgery a high rating for the level of care and treatment provided for my late sister. Each doctor we dealt with and especially Dr. Chambers, were receptive and cooperative to any enquiries regarding treatment and outpatient treatment. Some of the service was above and beyond the expected level and I have nothing but praise for the doctors and thank them wholeheartedly. |

I went to park medical centre on Friday at 2pm to book an appointment for full blood counts. The receptionist told me I need to speak with my doctor and no appointment today come back at 8.30 on Monday. I sleep late night that's why it's very hard for me to wake up in the morning. On Tuesday I manage to wake up early and went there at 8.32. Once I get in there same receptionist Asian girl told me we are not ready stay outside the door we will call you. After waiting 15 minutes I was bored and get in again then she was asking me how can I help you. I replied I need to see doctor then she was saying we only takes booking through apps. Today no more appointments left. It was really terrible service. NHS services shouldn't be like this. |

My mum tried to call to put in a repeat prescription her house phone battery went I call on my mobile 1hour and 30 minutes I waited on the phone. Was at number 2 for 40 minutes 7.15 decided to hang up absolutely disgraceful. This is going on Twitter |
