I have been a Patient at Rugby Rd Surgery for 22 years now and have always been treated with respect and politeness.
Always had an appointment when wanted and sent to Consultant when needed.
One particular Receptionist is an absolute Angel and so helpful at all times. They know nearly all the Patients by name and is very Friendly which makes such a change from some that I've heard about in other Dr's Surgeries. The various other Receptionists I've dealt with at the Surgery have been polite too.
All in all I think we are lucky to have this Surgery and its right on my doorstep. | ||||||

I have been with this surgery for over 10 years now,I always had good response both from the reception team as well as from the clinical team.When my daughter was very poorly few months ago i was given appointment with a doctor at their branch surgery straightaway.i learnt that normally you will be seen only at the same site where you are originally registered.Because of the timely intervention my daughter recovered very well. | ||||||
