Terrible rude receptionists never get through and if you do you end up talking to someone they don’t know the answer and don’t bother to find out. | ||||||

Always get an appointment when required, yes it is sometimes difficult to get through but patience is a virtue. Staff are great, the nurses in the practice are exceptional and always a pleasure. Reception Staff are great and always helpful. The only drawback I have is that the car-park provides 3 spaces for blue badge holders and when I arrived today 2 were taken up by non-BB Holders nothing can be done but it needs to be big signs shaming people that do that. | ||||||

The phone line opens at 8am. We have been trying for 15mins and cannot get through at all. Impossible to get an appointment as by now they will be full. | ||||||
