How do i go about making a complaint. I've been waiting for my GP to do a health report for my life insurance now for over 2 months and they keep giving me ever excuse under the sun. This is causing my undo stress, i have a mortgage and 2 small children to think about I'm currently not insuranced until the GP sorts this out! |

Usual problem of cannot get appointment, due to not enough Doctor hours availability. Cannot get through on the telephone at 8am or 2pm as the lines are always constantly busy. Then when you do manage to get through 20-25 minutes later, there are no appointments left! Sometimes you are then offered an appointment 3-4 weeks in the future. This has been the case for several weeks/months now. Even the staff are embarrassed at this unacceptable situation.
What is management doing about it? Advertising for new patients on their web site. And no easy link to find, to leave a patient review.
This is a sorry state of affairs, especially for the old and vulnerable patients, who have probably given up trying to get to see their GP?
Patients would like to know exactly what management are doing about resolving this unacceptable ongoing problem please.
Thank you. |

GPs are good BUT LONG waits for GP of your choice on a routine appointment Some GPs keep you waiting up to 40 mins to go into appointment ! Not ideal when you are going to work after appointment.Generally nice doctors and pleasant to see both male and female GP available.
Parking in the area is testing to say the leas as its very busy in the car park and residential roads around surgeryt. Receptionist can be rather short with you via phone , and not impressed with the Practice managers attitude one bit as does not seem very 'understanding or let you get a word in |
