Arrived at 8.30 on the dot this morning as impossible to get an appointment by phone to be told no appointments available until 10. I told the receptionist that I have a C6 trapped nerve (diagnosed by physio therapist) and am out of pain pills and in a lot of pain. She said ' how do you know its C6 if you haven't had an MRI?' Unbelievable. So rude. She also said I can go away and come back... not sure what part of in a lot of pain she didn't get but I an certainly in no shape to be traveling back and forth. Feeling once again that this practice treats patients as burdens and that receptionist staff lack empathy. |

I find the staff very good from reception to Dr's. They are a very good Dr's surgery. |

Had an excellent consultation today with a very caring and knowledgable doctor. Always gives me the time i need ,no rushing. I have been with this practice for many years and they have always been exceptional in their care and treatment for all my family.Even through the pandemic i have always been able to speak to a doctor when needed. Very friendly reception staff who are helpful and courteous. |
