For the past few appointments we have had, we had to wait more than 15 minutes, I mean it understandable if the patients takes long than 15 minutes or the doctor might be busy doing something but waiting nearly an hour is not good. Just change how long the schedule is for patients takes as I know that it's not only happening to me but to other people too because the waiting time is ridiculous. | ||||||

Tried so many times to get my perscription tablets ordered. Can not do it!!! I'm running out of tablets and the site just won't let me in??? VERY UPSET | ||||||

Every time i ring up it takes ages for them to answer. It says on a sign in the surgery that you can make prebookable appointments 4 weeks in advance but i have never been able to pre book, i just get told to ring at 8 am in the morning. If your working ,you can't do this. And if you do manage to ring at 8 am it's permanently engaged, and when you finally get through, there's no appointments left. The receptionists can be rude sometimes. Reply from Red Roofs Practitioners Tue, 16 Jul 2019 11:18:49 +0100 I am sorry that you feel that you have been unable to make a pre bookable appointment. We offer on line booking which can be made 28 days in advance and have a Saturday morning clinic with a GP and Nurse available, again able to be booked in advance. If you are not calling for an urgent appointment then you should avoid calling first thing as this is the busiest time. We are still providing a high level of on the day access for patient which is in contrast to the national trends that you may see in the news. If your call was today 16.07.19 or yesterday we have had one GP's who has called in sick on both days so we have had to rearrange a number of appointments which would have delayed response to incoming calls. All of the calls into and out of the surgery are recoded so if you feel that a member of staff was rude we can re-listen to the conversation. Please contact the surgery and ask to speak to either the reception manager or Practice Manager if you wish to discuss further | ||||||
