Literally disconnected me from patientaccess no reason, not open on weekends, can't book an appointment after 8:00AM. (Worth noting this was before coronavirus). Would get better service in a back alley. |

Positive experience every time. All staff are friendly and helpful and will go out their way to ensure that patient needs are met. The wait to be seen has never been unreasonable and where there has been a wait, the practitioner has always apologised. Consultations are thorough and doctors/nurses are always professional and responsive. Reception staff always greet with a smile and telephone manner is exceptional. There are several reviews on here which seem to come from people who are unsatisfied with the service. My advice would be to liaise with the Practice Manager or Patient Participation Group where concerns and queries can be dealt with/resolved. Personally, I never had a reason to complain but I am more than certain that someone will be willing to put things right. |
