I have been a patient with the practice for several years now. I can not fault the doctors or nurses for their help. I have never found the staff to be dismissive or rude. They are willing to help. Unfortunately there are always going to be unhappy people who are just expecting too much too quickly. If they had to pay for the NHS I'm sure the NHS would be free of a lot of unnecessary appointments. I hope they will be appreciated for the current work load they are faced with during this current COVID - 19 pandemic. Keep up the good work! | ||||||

After recently moving to the area, for the 6 months i've been using the Lucie Wedgwood Health Centre I have been so frustrated and disappointed with your service that i have stopped taking my medications and my health suffering as a result. The staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and no matter how politely I try to ask them for help they always seem to have an attitude problem and sigh at the simplest request. In the 5 years i have been on these medications I have never once been turned away from either the doctors or the pharmacy for simply asking for a repeat prescription but this has happened multiple times at Lucie Wedgwood. Places like this are the reason the NHS is sinking. Entitled and Ignorant staff riding that Taxpayer gravy train right into the wall. | ||||||

Never got a problem with the surgery; usually get an appointment, staff friendly & always felt comfortable. The nurse there is particularly friendly and puts you at ease. The only negative is getting through on the phone for an appointment sometimes but lets face it, this is not the surgeries fault! It's better than a lot of surgeries and we can't really blame GP surgeries for this - it's the amount of people who need appointments and the bigger issues of the NHS. What are they supposed to do if everyone is calling / appointments are taken up? There's nothing they can do! We just have to accept this is our NHS currrently and we can't blame the surgeries. All in all, I feel lucky to have this surgery! | ||||||
