When I phoned surgery I was 14t in queue got down eventually to 2nd in queue ion only yo be cut off as I had been on the phone 59 mins, with all the pre announcements it takes 8 mins before you even get a ring tone to tell you where you are in the queuen. Today tried ringing to cancel appointment, 15 mins later no response just repeated messages | ||||||

I was asked to attend from my practice as i need to see a gp, on arriving left standing for 15mins as no receptionist there were people in the back but no one looked or even spoke . Then when i went into the GP well lets just say he was rude dismissing and didnt assess me at all took a poor history and couldnt get me out fast enough. Very poor service if i was someone who uses the gp regularly i would understand but i haven't been to a gp since 2012 so dont come for no reason in wich he made me feel. | ||||||

I had a prompt answer to my phone call a Dr rang at said time for my consultation listened carefully and arranged a face to face appointment. Saw Dr and had thorough examination including blood tests, prescription promptly sorted when results, received. Dr called me with results and also arranged referral. Reception staff extremely helpful when speaking with them I really cannot fault the surgery excellent care especially at this difficult time. | ||||||
