I have been a patient at Silverdale since 1972. I have been more than happy with the services provided over those years for my family, including my wife, parents, daughter, son in law and grandchildren. Receptionists, doctors, nurses and other professionals involved in our care have been compassionate, supportive and above all efficient and professional. We have always managed to acquire emergency appointments when required and ongoing health issues have been regularly monitored. As we have got older we have received the necessary recalls for regular health check- ups. We have always had good interactions with the clinicians in consultations, explaining the symptoms and conditions. Treatment options are always discussed and our views and opinions acknowledged. | ||||||
