I rang the Surgery last week at 8.02 and by 8.04 I got through to such a polite and well mannered Receptionist. She booked me an appointment the same day with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
2days later I rang again at 8.01 and within under a minute my call was answered and I booked my husband an appointment with a GP for the same day.
I've never got through so quickly via the Telephones before and got appointments the same day.

The new appointment system is working so much better. I've been able to get myself in this week with a GP and my daughter in with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
