The Highley medical Centre have always gone above and beyond. The receptionists are always polite guys, friendly and will do their best to help you - especially when it comes to having poorly children! I must mention one doctor in particular is fantastic with children & adults! Prescription requests are always completed on time. No concerns whatsoever! Thanks! | ||||||

The surgery has done a complete turnaround in the last 2 years , It has gone from a surgery that I had very little faith in to one I class as excellent , We have new doctors and locums , so no worries about getting appointments and all doctors are friendly and listen to your worries and explain all treatments very well, Follows up/call backs are very good too , Staff are very polite and friendly, always a smile . | ||||||

Been a patient all my 63 years the surgery went threw a tough period but now it's coming on Drs there now who really care and take our health seriously. the nurses what I have had to do with have always been helpful we are all human and we cannot put a price on life the front desk!! well they have always been on top form whether you are in the Drs or telephoning them would never think of moving the surgery itself could do with a bit of a refit and uplift but we never know what will come
We are lucky really to have our Drs on our doorstep the parking is a great issue as that I think is dangerous I hate driving down there passed the surgery as cars are always on the road | ||||||
