Sadly the practice has really taken a nose dive it's about to hit rock bottom soon as Dr Egan retires. Misdiagnosis by letting the reception staff read blood tests. Also hand delivered letters disappear between reception and Dr. Not even told my doctor no longer at the practice so passed from locum to locum who set wheels in motion but somewhere the treatment never got to me. A disgrace. |

I injured my one good eye and telephoned the practice to make an appointment to speak to a GP. Having explained to the receptionist hat I was blind in one eye and that I had problems with vision in my good eye, I hoped that a GP would agree to see me or, at the very least, speak to me. Instead, I was told that I could not speak to a doctor and that I should instead speak to an optician. Fortunately, I was able to find a sympathetic optician who was able to diagnose the problem and provide the help that Merstow Green chose not to |

My visit to see the Doctor and the Nurse was Excellent and they were Great but Visiting a Doctor or a Nurse can be like a trip to the Dentist for some Patients getting nervous about their Visit and it doesn't help when you get a certain Receptionist that ignores you and then speaks to you Rudely when your only Politely asking them a Question I know and understand that everybody is under a lot of pressure at these Difficult times but Manners Cost Nothing or even a Smile. |
