Try and get an appointment is impossible, have been trying for the last week, you are either put in a holding position, and, when you eventually speak to the receptionist you are asked to tell them what you are suffering from, they can put you on to the 'right' Doctor.... so much for privacy . So what has happened to patient confidentiality... Peter E Joynes. 14th September 2021. |

Every time I telephone to get an appointment with a doctor, I am told to see a chemist. I am a 79 year old man with chronic smelly wind condition and have been on off the counter indigestion tablets for months without much improvement. I am rather concerned about my health but am unable to get an appointment. |

I have visited several times over the past two months and have found the staff on the reception to be very abrasive and not just to me, it seems they are that way with everyone. The communication between the surgery and patient is abysmal, a telephone system that is best consigned to the bin and needs to be totally re-thought. We do not need to listen to a recording telling us how busy they are, we have already established that by listening to the engaged tone on the numerous previous attempts to get connected. |
