SOME of the doctors
Most nurses

Remainder of staff (bar 1) are ignorant and rude.
Prescription manager extremely rude and will try to claim whatever fault is theirs is now your fault.
Trying to get through to reception is a task and a half as they will leave you waiting via phone (whilst in or out of a queue), and will also leave you waiting at the desk itself.
I’m guessing they’re short of staff and have no intention in hiring as 8/10 a nurse is not available.
A real shame as I remember this surgery being so much better. Hopefully it goes back uphill soon. | ||||||

It has saddened me today to read all the negative reviews about Victoria Park. I have been with the practice for over 50 years and always been very happy with the care provided. Staff have always been thorough, professional, approachable and friendly. They have supported me through pregnancies, child care, routine screening and the occasional illness. They were particularly supportive when my mum was failing through dementia. Today I visited for routine screening. I had little problem getting a suitable appointment and was dealt with in a friendly, professional manner throughout. I am sorry others don't appear to have the same experience but it seems to me that only negative reviewers take the trouble to post comments. Thank you, from me, to everyone who works so hard under pressured conditions. | ||||||

I have been a patient here for 4 years and have never seen it as bad as it is recently having to wait 3 weeks for an appt not getting repeat presecriptions and drs constantly late never on time all reception staff are so rude seriously what is going on have asked for practice manager to call and am still waiting! | ||||||
