I went in to this practice to update my address. I spoke to the receptionist and explained what I needed to do. She rudely told me I needed to go and get a form and fill it out and hand it in. I did this and gave her the form and then she entered the details straight away on to the system and threw the form in the bon. Why she couldn't have just done that when I went in I do not know. This is just a typical example of how rude and unhelpful this surgery is. Prescriptions have to be ordered after 2pm which isn't always easy when you work. Appointments are difficult to get. Can't wait to move Doctors! |

I have been with this practice for the last 6 years. My wife and I have always had excellent service. My wife recently in bad health and having the need for doctors and nurses throughout this last 2 years, can not fault the service given to her. We are more than happy with this practice, although the pharmacy doe require some attention as they insist on making you wait. We moved to Stockmoor pharmacy were service is excellent. |
