Rose the very pleasant lady who worked in the pharmacy, was the lady who got the ball rolling with my back problems and it was all down to Rose that now it's been 80% sorted, she spotted that I wasn't walking upright and at 600pm got a doctor to see me there and then Thank you Rose | ||||||

Many people who give this surgery a bad review have never experienced a truly bad one. Lister House surgery has been so good in comparison to our last privately run GP practice where we lived before. Mismanaged and unfriendly quick turnover of staff and generally poor. In fact we have nothing but praise for Lister House Surgery Continue your excellent work! | ||||||

Today was filled with relief & satisfaction.Thank You to a Very efficient with excellent patient manor Female Doctor My Wife & I have always found you easy to relate to excellent at explaining our treatment . Also to lady upstairs who contacted me first reference appointment you are under loads of pressure to complete your job which at times must leave you frustrated.Thank You .Also a Very BIG THANK YOU to a special Secretary of above female Doctor you have shown a commitment to patient care & have always gone that extra bit to help .Thank you to all other staff who have shown us respect & courtesy at all times. | ||||||
