Prescription service is poor. I asked for my insulin pens , went to collect them from chemist about a week later and they werent there. Chemist had e mailed surgery asking for prescription to be changed to cartridges as they couldnt get pens. I left it another week and went back to chemist. Still no insulin. Chemist said he hadnt had a reply from the surgery to the email he sent on the Thursday 9 days previously . Not nice being a diabetic without insulin. I need a surgery that I can rely on. |

Excellent service in this Dr,s never had an issue. Reception staff go out of their way to help all they can in challenging circumstances. Dr's always listen to concerns, call back when they say they will. Can't speak highly enough of them . |

Have been going around and around trying to get malarone malaria tablets for the last 3 weeks. Can't just buy them over the counter. Travel nurse at doctors said could get doctor to write a private certificate. So asked for one. Nope couldn't get one. So tried asda. But same there. Need a private certificate. In the end phone doctor's again and asked again and said was willing to pay for private certificate. In the end got one . Also asked in cranleigh pharmacy if the sold malarone. Was told no. So went to pick prescription up was told it in the pharmacy. So went in to get it and they gave me a bag saying medication in it. I thought WHAT ! When I opened bag. Low and behold. Malarone ?? . They told me they didn't sell them! |
