I have been a patient at Wellington Medical Centre for many years and I have never had any problems. I have seen many changes over the years, and yes seeing a Doctor can be difficult at times. Wellington has grown so much with hundreds of new houses, our population is massive with no infrastructure to cope. I visited the nurse to have bloods taken on Thursday, she was lovely and made me feel at ease, I don't even have any marks where she took the blood, incredible as I usually bruise so well done!!! I have witnessed people being very rude to the reception lady's ... very unnecessary as they are just doing there job. I think we are so lucky to have a lovely practice, I have familly who live near London it's so very different for them to even speak to a Doctor let alone see one!! |

I have met some really lovely doctors. These days it's gone down hill. I waited for so long to talk to Dr Potts to be treated like shit. Dr Ash was always so lovely understanding and took time to listen. I have many health issues cut off while I was speaking to be told I would have to make another appointment. I have waited a long time for this call. When the receptionist told me I could talk to my doctor about it all. Dr Potts seemed to not care and not know what's she's talking about. If that's who I have to keep seeing i will pay to go private these days we are treated like guinea pigs and spoken down. I can't believe the response from the receptionist and the doctor. |
