Love the new booking system, ring for a call back, which depending on the information you give over the telephone is either the Dr or Practice nurse. Quick call back, decision made over the phone if an appointment is needed - usually get one that day. Perfect for workers, appointment times to suit.
My Doctor is just lovely, shame another Doctor does not seem to be about as much, but as I also dont tend to go that often and generally later in the day that is why I dont see them.
Always treated as an individual and my views are always taken into account

Have been with the surgery over the last 19 years and over the last 2 it has gone down hill rapidly. They never seem to have more than one doctor on which is not great. Most things are dealt with over the phone which means that there can be the danger of giving the wrong medication. They have recently merged with another surgery on the Den which seems to have caused even more confusion. I was not even informed of this until I phoned as was told I could be seen by either surgery. The nurses are always great but sometimes you really do need to see a doctor. Having had an MRI done they did not bother contacting me to give the results. I know no news is good new but surely even a letter could be sent out. Seriously considering changing if they do not improve in their service quickly. | ||||||
