Just joined this practise. Reception staff wonderful. However on seeing a doctor for the first time I am beyond shocked. Appointment was over an hour late. Had the doctor said sorry to keep you I would have said no more. On entering his room there was no greeting. Just a blank look. I tried to engage but was left upset as was my daughter. No questions regarding my health just did my drugs. Care is not all about meds! I pray other doctors in this practise are more welcoming. I have complex needs and now I'm dreading my next visit. | ||||||

This Surgery and pharmacy is probably the worse one I have ever had the displeasure to use. To get through to book an appointment you have to ring at least 50 times and when the automated service actually puts you through the phone rings (and is probably ignored) for several minutes before a intolerant member of staff tells you that there are no appointments and then tries to send you to the sister surgery in st Columb major!The pharmacy have no duty of care when you request a repeat having twice left my 5 year epileptic ASD grandson without access to his medication - and showed no concern by this whats so ever - its about time they started treating patience with the respect they expect us to show them! | ||||||
