Called and had to wait over33mins to be answered on the 27th June 2023. Spoke to a pompous rude person. Totally unhelpful. Never spoke to this woman before and I hope I never have to again. I am having to wait over 5weeks to speak to my hp |

This is no reflection on the reception staff. Maybe the management can look at this. I Ordered my repeat prescription, then got a text saying i needed a medication review, so call at 8.30am in the morning. Just around the school run, so phoned i was 11 in line. Held on as long as i could but 15minutes later still holding. So phoned at 11.08 to be told all call back appointments had been taken. So call tomorrow or do an e consult. Which was a joke, but hey someone will call before Friday 6pm. I get text messages for just about every other review so why not medication. The reception staff are amazing and have worked so hard during this pandemic. As have the nurses and drs. Come on management please get things sorted. |

Extremely hard to get an appointment when you need it especially if you work outside of the area and find it hard to get back for a same day appointment. Reception staff not very helpful at all. |
