I am sorry you’re having a few teething problems after swapping GP practices. I can assure you that no one here will give you a rough ride for doing so regarding our HCA who is transitioning to be a registered nurse. She is highly skilled in a valued member of our team. The main causes bruising is not pressing long enough on the area after the needless removed. I am sure you already know this is an experience ETA we all need a gentle reminder to do this sometimes please press for longer next time and I hope your experience will be a smooth one. If you wish to discuss further, please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind regards Reann Drummond, nurse manager manager |

Spoke to practice re my partner twice having awful bruises after blood test by same hca and they sent this letter. Very patronising put down ,looking as though they have your health in mind.I’m a phlebotomist and my partner is retired NHS HCA .When my partner asked about smaller needle the second appointment the HCA said no. |
