In our view we cannot speak highly enough of OUR practise ! Having worked prior to retirement for the NHS, PULTENEY PRACTICE excels in their care & commitment to patients. We feel safe & confident in each of the G.P's skills, & the kind & comforting voices brings piece of mind that we are truely cared for. First point of contact is the receptionists it's voice,& they invarably radiate a sunshine attitude. 'Difficult to put into words how much we appreciate you all. Rang the surgery at 11a.m by 3.30 doctor had rang me. I went straight round to see her and had treatment by 4pm. This doctor was extremely pleasant and very helpful. This is how a surgery should be run | ||||||

Albeit I prefer not to visit a surgery ( no offence intended I just tend to concentrate on going for walks & knitting) when I do go to my practise , I am so grateful for the amazing care given.
Invarably I cross the threshold with a tiny black cloud of uncertainty above my head & leave with a spring in my step, knowing that once again I have had the expertise of such kind caring G.P's
Obviously we/I have my favourites, but when we can't always see our favourites, in my opinion, without acception all of the G.P's of The Pulteney Practise are superb
They are kind, caring sympathetic, patient & talk to us as if we were relatives.
In my 15 +years of registering with them, I know that we are in the very best of care.
It must be difficult to be patient (no pun intended) & to keep that sympathy at times, but they are all changing lives for the better each day, & how many of us can say that .
From entering the door of the Pulteney Practise, be it the Bathampton Branch or the Pulteney Street, from the welcoming smile/voice of the receptionist, to the amazing nurses, doctors et all, I personally feel that in choosing this practise I found the Holy Grail
Par excellence indeed.
