    Two weeks ago a i attended the surgery and saw the doctor about Carpal tunnel syndrome in my hands (both) he told me that he would referrer me to the hospital, this morning i called the surgery just to check if he did but to my amazement he didn't. Today i had to make another appointment with to ask him WHY but now i have to wait about 2 weeks to see him again. Don't trust this doctor

    Hi, I had an appointment on 10 January 2019 when I was told that I will get by post vouchers for Slimming World. Today is 18 February 2019 and I did not get the vouchers. Over a couple a weeks ago I asked at Reception about this and I was told that they will chase up the vouchers. Last week I received a phone call from Bradgate Reception asking to go and collect the vouchers from Bradgate Surgery. I did collect the envelope where I was told that there are vouchers. I opened the envelope a bit later and there were no vouchers in that envelope. I went back to Reception and the lady left her desk and came back after 10 minutes and told me very abrupt: you will receive the vouchers by post! I tried to explain that I was there because I was told that the vouchers are there but the lady spoke over me, looked through me then simply looked to the person behind me like I was a nuisance......?!?! Last week on Thursday 14 February 2019 I received a a letter from the consultant gastroenterologist at Southmead Hospital requesting for an antibiotic to be prescribed to myself. I phoned Reception and a doctor called me back the same day. I explained about the letter and antibiotic and the doctor said that he will look into this and asked me to bring a copy of the letter which I did the same day Thursday 14 February. There are 5 five days since and nothing happened. I do not understand what is going on. Please help asap.

    We have experienced the NHS at its absolute best over the last weeks. After walking into Pioneer Bradgate feeling unwell the GP admitted my husband directly to hospital from her surgery within half an hour. There is no doubt this saved his life. 10 weeks on after 2 heart attacks and an arrest, open heart surgery and a defibrillator fitted he's home and doing well. At every point over the weeks we have been treated with absolute dignity and extra special care. Including the GP ringing the hospital in her own time to check on his progress. Amazing care and we will be forever grateful.
