Had my appointment today with a nurse practitioner at 4pm for hormone injection and due to unexpected traffic I arrived 13mins late. They did not accommodate me which I can understand (how long would it take to give someone a injection? Probably 5mins tops or even less) but when I asked if I could take the injection with me to self administer at home (I'm a medical professional myself) they said no. Asked me to come back tomorrow but I'm working and the next date they offered me will be on February 21st. How is this for patient self-management/empowerment? I requested a consult with a GP if they will approve self administration of my hormone rather than making appointments and facing delays they might as well use my slot to other patients. Let's see how it goes! |

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!! Absolutely useless. Staff is unqualified, discriminative bunch of rasists, a homeless man can give better care, treatment and diagnosis than these so called doctors! Receptionists only care about reading your medical records and sharing patients personal data with their friends for a laugh. Manager is nonexistent. Complaints get ignored! I have to take my husband to another practice now as these guys nearly killed him!!! |

I had handed in the biopsy results /and follow up medication advice. from the Inheath surgery to manor surgery as advised. Called in to check for the prescription, I was told that as its non urgent prescription it takes 14days for the surgery to process and give the relevant prescription. If it was urgent the Inhealth Dr would have given me the prescription. Needless to say I am really disappointed with the system in place. |
