I have regular implants on a 12 weekly basis, for which I'm extremely grateful. I've just received a request to make an appointment for blood test one month prior to my normal implant appointment. Suggestion, could we please combine the two appointments for January '23, please! OK Barrymullord@hotmail.co.uk |

I have been with this surgery all of my life and I have to say I have never been so disappointed. Receptionists are quite simply rude and uncooperative, I have even had the phone put down on me. Mistakes made with no apologies. If you can actually get an appointment or even a phone call its hit and miss whether the Dr is going to be useful. |

A much nicer visit now the reception area refurbished and a much nicer reception from the staff. The telephone answering greeting message is quite galling and lengthy when your Ill and worried, a more concise and thoughtful direction could be applied. My own experience has been one of superb treatment and in 'urgent' situations quick and reassuring , (I have been a patient for nigh on 30 years)., and can say that the medical staff in that time have been sympathetic totally professional and quite literally a life saver. Obviously constraints and time wasting have a knock on effect and it is a tribute that a reasonable wait for your call time can occur due to patients being heard beyond the allotted time span . It should be reflected upon realistically when we are in maybe better health than others. |
