All the doctors were lovely & treated me with care & respect. The reception staff were friendly & helpful when I wasn't sure of processes. They also took care to review my past notes & check on previous illnesses etc. before letting me go to ensure I was all ok. Overall really happy with the surgery and staff | ||||||

It is understandable that reception staff are under pressure due to high demands of callers. I am usually very happy speaking to reception staff but today I was really upset with one of them when making a general query about a request of prescription over the phone which i thought wasnt necessary to book a gp appointment and save space for booking. She was so defensive which made me feel unaccommodated as a client. I hope this doesn’t happen again as I think reception staff are first in line into making a good impression of the surgery. | ||||||
