I have just registered at the surgery. The move has been seamless. Within two days offered vaccine. Staff more than helpful and friendly have checked website and appears to be up to date. Also seen a number of Facebook messages already. Very happy with the move thank you. |

I have lost confidence in this practice. During the pandemic the patient information on their website and Facebook page has been sparse and rarely updated. They complain about vaccine related enquiries but take no proactive action to increase patient confidence in the system. Patients are not welcome at the practice and I worry about the ability of those not online to access services. |

The appointments I have had whether in person or via telephone have been excellent, however the practice itself is poorly led, why in the 21st century are they not offering electronic prescriptions. They state that no surgery that has it's own pharmacy will offer electronic prescriptions, yet I know of at least 3 within a 20 mile range. We are being told to stay at home as much as possible, yet you have to visit the surgery to collect your medication, putting yourself and others at risk. Is it because they are generating and income out of this. |
