I will not saying the doctors are bad ,but the receptionist are completely rude and not helpful at all. Definitely they need to sort this out ,is getting wrost and wrost. | ||||||

Worst surgery ever..... Doctors and Nurses are good, problems are the receptionist.....it's very hard to get appointment here, online appointment doest work. No matter when you try to book online it'll always say call surgery and if we call surgery no appointment,never..... Worst Surgery. In the morning receptionist are in so bad mood, they hung up my phone between our conversation and I've to call and wait 40mins. I would have given -5 for this surgery.. | ||||||

The doctors and nurses are very helpful and try to help you get things sorted and i do not drive and the reception staff have sent me to the wrong surgery even after saying i need my local surgery several times .The reception staff are rude and do not like explaining simple things to you and have lost two of my prescriptions which i had given to me from the hospital and being told at the desk it was my fault even though my daughter handed it in as i was unable to walk down or to even sort it out over the phone as they do not sort problems like that over the phone.After a long wait to get through you are answered by a very grumpy voice and you feel as though if you speak very fast as they will not listen or put the phone down. I have no where else to go and feel with the correct training they will find there day is more pleasant . | ||||||
