Kent surgery is not a number 1 surgery, went on appointment I talk the lady about my address has changed I provided everything after next day I can’t access my GP app,received a message your GP has cancelled when I called they said we are updating software next day different story 3 Day one man called me said it will go now good after three week again same problem...etc | ||||||

I think they are receptionist are very rud.eventhey don't understand why the patient phone the surgery? After3hours they would not say anything just cutoff the phone line.If they don't change the staff most of the patient will leave and go somewhere. | ||||||

All staff lovely other than receptionist is very unhelpful and rude. I hadn’t been there before and wasn’t sure that I had to sign in on a machine and she was so rude and I felt so uncomfortable | ||||||
