I’m number 1 in the queue for the past 40 minutes and this is not the first time. What on earth are the receptionists doing?! If your understaffed hire more staff but honestly I don’t think it’s being unstaffed that’s an issue it’s just laziness and arrogance. The receptionists are the gateway for patients to access medical care and they are arrogant. They speak sweetly and waste time but god forbid should actually ask them to do something then you will their attitude change in a split second. Posting anonymously so they don’t take out their venom on my elderly parents who unfortunately don’t like change. |

The receptionist named farla refused to give me my father's x-ray results even though I explained he has dementia and can remember anything. She said it had to be him or nothing. My father could potentially have a broken knee cap he is in is 80's and has dementia but she did not care and refused to help me. This isn't the first time she has been absolutely rude and unhelpful most rubbish receptionist ever. Last time she said I can't have two appointments in the same household. So I asked her both my parents are old and in need to a doctor I need to pick who is more important? She said yes it's not my problem!!!! |

I been with my Dr since childhood, great doctor but what’s the point if I can’t see him, the receptionist was meant to send me patient number so I can make orders over the app but did n it send anything , on top of that when u call no one answers, always busy or when u do get through no one is available to see me. Bear in mind I’m a 30 year old and I only go doctors every 2-3 years. I was meant to get my medical a month ago and still no one called so I can get my licence. I will be changing my doctors as I want to go somewhere where I am acknowledged and respected. |
