Absolutely poor practice. The fact that places like this is running off our salaries makes me think maybe the privatisation of the NHS wouldnt be a bad thing. Receptionist Asma has called on numerous occasions trying to get our daughters vaccinations booked but not givin us enough time to orgainse (always during work hours and a couple of days notice). The last call with my wife she was very judgemental, questioning why we havent vaccinated our daughter yet and was hounding us, my wife got very upset with this and reacted in kind. The next day Asma called me and claimed she wasnt the one who spoke to my wife then proceeded to ask if my wife speaks english! I gave her a piece of my mind telling her to know her place. Asked for complaint to be raised and received a call back from Dr Trivedi who is apparently a senior doctor, he gave no listened well to my concerns and even helped me in my queries so i thought it was all okay and i even left the phone call feeling happier about the place. I received a letter today barely giving enough information stating we will be removed off their systems and to go to another GP. These arent the type of people that want to help people and I question their ethics. |

Never get appointment on the time and when u go on appointment u always be seen late. Reception staff is very rude. Only doctor is good but they don't give appointment with him. They should change reception staff. |

i have visited surgery today and i was informed that this surgery is not accepting new patients however on this page it is clearly mentioned that surgery is accepting new patients.
if surgery is not accepting new patients then why its not updated here. I would like to know also how far surgery boundary is, is it less than two miles?. We can confirm that our Practice Boundary is less than 2 square miles. Our Practice Boundary map is now included on NHS choices and our Practice website to avoid any future confusion, disappointment and inconvenience. Staff refusing registrations applies only to those patients who do not fit the criteria for registration. |
