Irresponsible, unprofessional! They left me without my anxiety medication for 4 weeks and would not prescribe me any because I had changed my GP after 26 years. I was told that I should get my medication from my new GP which I finally got. Sounds like medical negligence to me. Not to worry because I will take this matter up, legally. I want answers. | ||||||

We only enrolled at the Bharani Centre last February when my partner came out of hospital so we have never met our Dr personally. We have found the nurses and reception staff always very helpful and we are looking forward to being able to attend appointments personally in the future, not too often, hopefully. | ||||||

My mother is very happy with the doctors she sees in this Practice. They are very caring & good listeners too. At every consultation both doctors are very good Doctors. My mother is very happy with the staff at the front desk. They are polite & behave very professional. I don’t have any trouble in getting a routine or urgent appointment for my mother. Some receptionists go out of the way to try & give a routine appointment within 3 or 4 days with a doctor or a nurse if appropriate. There is always a friendly atmosphere when we visit the surgery. | ||||||
