I have been a patent at this GP Practice for nearly 50 years and I have always found the Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, caring and efficient. This GP Practice supported me through the loss of loved ones, and are now continuing that support with care, professionalism and friendly advice for ongoing treatment for my current condition. I have nothing but praise for the Doctors concerned from whom I have and continue to receive the highest standard of care and support . In all that time I have never had a problem, including during COVID lockdown, getting an appointment either face to face as needed or as I prefer telephone appointment the same day. I can only say ‘Thank you Lee House Surgery’ and send my appreciation. Joanne Twine

As somebody who has lived throughout the UK and in many countries overseas, my doctor is one of the best GPs I have ever met. He is totally understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly puts himself out to accommodate my requirements. He also provides a timely telephone consultation whenever I am unable to attend the surgery. The only downside is that he is only available 2 days per week at Lee House, but provided you can get an appointment it is always worth the wait. I would recommend him to anybody seeking a GP in Windsor (or Langley where I understand he practices the rest of his week)

I was Made to feel as though they are too busy for the elderly, to a point when their patient was dying and as they had already been to see them once that week, as in my case with my mother, did not want to come out again that week and at one point it was suggested she had a UTI ! (she died 3 days later) The daffodil standard should be used. End of life medication should be left behind and family informed. Its a difficult time for the family and not get the feeling that its a waste of time. The experience has scarred me for life, they are dealing with people not numbers, yes its a business but, compassion and understanding should be the foremost importance. coordination between themselves, hospitals and macmillan nurses and the patient should be their number one aim.
