The staff and Doctors here have proven to be the most trustworthy and dedicated to patient care surgery my family have ever experienced. Any slip ups are quickly resolved. My family needed immense protection as we had our medical records tampered with by a dangerous stalker previously, we expected them to give up on us and abandon us like every other surgery we signed on with in the past, but this Surgery helped us in every way possible! We are in awe at the Expert care each Doctor here has given to us, particularly excellent in accessing support for my severely disabled son. Other support agencies have failed us, but this Surgery did not leave us and instead are going out of their way to help us access all our complex safety and care needs. We will never leave them as you can't get doctors so professional as these are, anywhere else anymore! | ||||||

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am extremely frustrated, today I have been trying to get through to appointments for over two and half hours and still trying. I have spent most of my working life dealing with clients over the phone, I have never come across or given such a bad service ever.
