This was my first appointment at this surgery and I was not impressed. The receptionist was very rude, not welcoming at all and very curt and uninterested.
There were two other people in the boxed area and so they both knew I was there for a smear test! Nice!
Mine was the first appointment of the day but over ran by half an hour as the nurse admitted to all the patients waiting that she had overslept! So unprofessional! The nurse looked desperately tired. However...the treatment then given by the nurse was excellent and I couldnâ??t fault her.
But...first impressions last and my first impressions were not good at all. | ||||||
