People at the reception are very unhelpful, terrible service,I tried to call them 3 days for appointment and she told me to walk in at 8:00 for that,I’m to able to walk that much or doing to many movements… The receptionist make me an a phone appointment in a week time even I told her my situation and not help me to get it early.Afer 1 week waiting nobody call me on the day time,around 20:00 in the evening I received the only one call with NO Caller ID so I didn’t answer that time first because I didn’t expect to be the GP that late thinking to be some scammers…second I have to prepare my kid for bed that time…Next morning at 8:03 they text me and said they tried to call me that morning but not true …so I’m new patient here but this is the worst surgery I ever had in my life…I can’t believe how they treating people…we are not going there for fun…but no one care…so…stay safe and healthy guys!!!!?? -10 ?? for all! | ||||||

My experience of Trafalgar Medical has always been wonderful although telephone service needs to be improved. Reception at Eastney Health Centre Always courteous and do listen to you within restrictions of mask. | ||||||
