Amazing service from the practise and pharmacy today. Very speedy response to my request for prescription, waiting for me in the pharmacy hours after it was received at the surgery. That’s fantastic efficiency. | ||||||

This surgery is sadly not equipped to be able to deal with their patients. I have been a patient for over 12 years and the change is sadly evident. Doctor appointments are impossible to get and frequently the receptionists are not sympathetic or even polite. They do not seem to want to help, they are not at all communicative and are quite sharp with their tone. The manager is never around to fulfil her job or make any positive changes that are so desperately needed. Looking at the surgery’s rating it is clear that they are underperforming in many areas. This is a worry. This needs to change. | ||||||

I was very relieved to meet the practice nurse at Beeches Surgery. The nurse was very considerate and put me at ease immediately. I was very impressed with how professional and caring my nurse was. | ||||||
