Let me be clear, the medical care is excellent but the hoops you have to through to get an appointment is frankly ridiculous. Calling at 8am then hanging on the phone for at least 20 minutes after you have had to listen to a 5 minute message, then being told the appointments are full, so do it again at 2pm - hey, you might be lucky to get through but if not, don’t worry - you can do it all again tomorrow. It’s a poor service, poorly executed by sometimes unpleasant receptionists - do better. |

I am being starved of SSRI medication top-ups because there are no telephone appointments for weeks (for 12 week review). I am now suffering paralysing withdrawal, which limits my ability to provide adequate care for my child. I have been temporarily refused Canestan unless I can pay for it now (despite being eligible for free medication) and am experiencing crippling pain in my lower abdomen which is impacting my sleep. I was refused a swab appointment that I had waited weeks for because I hadn't done a pregnancy test in advance. I should have been notified of this imformation before hand so to not waste anyones time. |

Impossible to book appointment since they adopted the new booking system. I kept trying many times on different days, but not possible to get an appointment. I called at 8:00am today again and was in the queue for 50mins, when it’s my turn to speak with a receptionist, I was told the appointments all gone! Do they hate to see the patients and deliberately to drive their patients away?! |
