Colliers Wood Surgery

My daughter & myself since 22/02/21 have been trying to contact Sarah Hanson for my husband’s medical records who passed away suddenly on 30/11/20. It is now 19/03/21 & still we have had no communication from this person who apparently works Monday/Tuesday 10-1.30pm. We have both tried on numerous occasions to contact her via email & phone to no avail & because of this delay we are no further forward in sorting out my husband’s policy!! We have been with this surgery since 1986 & I have never come across such a lack of empathy & understanding from whoever this Sarah is!! She doesn’t have the decency to even respond to an email so why does she even have this role as she clearly is unable to do it when she is so incompetent to respond to a grieving family who are left reeling from the tragic circumstances of what happened to my husband & my 3 children without a father & 2 grand-daughters without a grandad!! Not only that your receptionists have given us different times to ring which are also incorrect as we still are unable to communicate with this Sarah!! I was told the other morning that I was ringing at the wrong time when I eventually got through at 08.29 that I was too early as it was for patients only at that time which I didn’t know & to get off the line!! I basically was in tears before the receptionist listened to me & still Sarah didn’t contact me back!! If by next week there is still no communication I will be going further with my complaint to Siobhan McDonagh as enough is enough!!!

Worse service ever! We have been waiting for more than 2 months for my husband health report which we desperately need for our life insurance to start. I have sent many emails to Mrs Sarah who apparently is dealing with everything related to insurance but she totally ignored my emails. I need to state the fact that Aviva, our insurance also kept on calling the surgery, after having paid the fee for the report but they didn't get any answer as well. Seeing that my emsils are ignored I called the surgery(8.00am) trying to get a phone appointment with Dr Ayub but again it was impossible as they didnt have any appointment available. I am extremely disappointed by the way we are treated and I would like to ask the surgery manager if something happens with me or my husband who is going to pay for my mortgage because, you are not able to provide us a simple medical report for my husband which is mandatory for our Life Insurance considering that we've been with the surgery for more than 10 years. This is very frustrating!!!!! I hope I will get an answer !

I have been with this surgery for many a year but since the old GP moved on or retired I have found this surgery and GP'S to have gone down hill very badly over last 5 years and getting worse I have to wait up to a week some times more to get my repeat prescription it is a joke, also there is some times only ONE doctor at the surgery and they are normally men there is never a lady doctor to see This is the worse GP surgery ever in colliers wood, I am going to try and find a new GP that actualy care about it paitents the place is so run down as well it could do with a 100% make over and careing Docters.
