I have been with the surgery for about five years with my husband and two small children and have always found it easy to make appointments, they stick to time pretty well, and they are helpful in their advice and care. There are toys in the waiting room, which the kids love too, and a nice big disabled loo with baby change facilities! The chemist is right next door, which is helpful as well. |

Receptionist does not greet you appropriately as you approach the desk. A couple of doctors engage and listen to what you are saying the others are disinterested giving blank looks, looking at the screen and interrupting you as you are speaking. One doctor made a decision about my mental health without my consent. Just walked out of the last appointment and left feeling very upset. Made a complaint which receipt was acknowledged and but after a week no feedback has been given.
Will be registering at a different surgery! |
