Impossible to book an appointment with any GP. I've been with the practice for 20 years and this is the worse I've seen - impossible to be seen by a GP - just give up and go to A&E or pay private. | ||||||

I am new to the surgery but so far have had nothing but a positive experience. My Doctor was very caring and thorough and I really felt like she spent time listening to my situation. I have had both a telephone consultation and a face to face appointment and both were excellent. I feel that Doctors are under a huge amount of pressure at the moment and I can only sing the praises of this surgery. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful too. I’m very happy to have joined this surgery and feel like I’m in safe hands. | ||||||

I have been with this practice for 20 years but their service has deteriorated significantly since the pandemic. Many of the GP partners have retired recently, a lot of younger salaried doctors have joined and it no longer feels like a family practice anymore. It is also very difficult to see a GP and they change their booking system all the time. We now have to send an email to request an appointment and last time I was booked with an assistant clinician when requesting a specific doctor. They have taken too many patients, it seems, and I am now thinking of looking elsewhere. | ||||||
