I have been a patient at this clinic for over 4 years and to date have not been able to call and book an appointment without a hassle and a struggle. Their common reply is that there are no appointments available and to call up at 8am the next day. And if you can't wait then the A&E is their next option. Quite appalling really. Calling the following day will not make a difference either. I have been ill with a chest infection for a few days now but simply can't be seen by the GP, now they will not even answer their phone lines. All that is needed is a 10 min appointment and a course of antibiotics most certainly! Shame the pharmacy will not provide antibiotics without prescription because then the GP would really be good for nothing, as that is what they really are, unfortunate for the ill patients. |

How this practice is still open with the stuff they have I do not know. The receptionists are awfully rude and insensitive. They are useless and I saw a gp last month who told me to book an appointment with another gp at the surgery as she didn’t know what was happening with my bloods.. after four months of being sent back and forth for cancer and blood tests. Appalling service. Only gp worth seeing is Dr Lisa Siddique and because of this getting an appointment with her is gold dust. I left this surgery, had enough of leaving there an emotional mess and even more confused about my health. |

Unable to offer anything other than what the computer says, if the patient needs help thats not on a computer system they aren’t able to help. Lack of common sense, lack of responding when help is needed. Have been a patient at other local Drs and never before had such a poor service, very sad to be writing this as am always praising theNHS. This practise has Given up on my family member which is very sad. |
