Went for a smear test (with a nurse) which was my first ever one so you would think they would be gentle and compassionate towards you. Instead I was shouted at for being too "tense", and by shouting at me it didn't help as it made me more scared and anxious. She was rough and I felt violated. After it was done, it felt like she didn't care she just wanted to get me in and out and didn't ask if I was ok after. She just wanted me to leave. This is why women put off smear tests... | ||||||

Receptionist the rudest person I ever met so rude no manners people call surgery because we are not well they should understand today on the 23th Monday 2023 she should learn some manners how to talk with patients I work in Hospital I know how to care about people specially patients PHLEBOTOMIST also was extremely rude his a male phlebotomist no manners how to talk with patients | ||||||
