I have found the doctors at this surgery to be attentive, hard working, competent, and do not shy away from giving an actual examination if it is necessary and/or appropriate. The surgery is well appointed and well staffed and it has all the amenities and services one would expect from a modern doctor's surgery. One of the best aspects of the practice, is that providing you can get there in time you will be seen the same day: there is none of this having to wait 2 or 3 days for an appointment. | ||||||

I have my prescription requested from this surgery by a company who then order my supplies and get the delivered to my house. When they do this the practice never seem to deal with the request and the company have to chase them for it and more than often my supplies are delivered late! This is a recurring issue with this surgery, they have so many staff I don't understand why they can't deal with it. They just seem very incompetent to do anything really. My Dad was given an appointment to come today to see the nurse, after waiting for half an hour the nurse said she doesn't syringe the ears and he needs to see the other nurse. But it was this nurse that gave him this appointment, he came last week and was prescribed drops for his ear and then today she was going to syringe his ear.
This is just ridiculous! What kind of surgery does this! | ||||||
