Triangle Surgery

I have two reviews here so bear with…. Since practice Nurse Helen left the surgery the nurses bought I to replace such a caring wonderful lady in my opinion are inexperienced and just unbelievably inadequate Jun 23 I attend for a routine cervical smear a Somalian nurse who may well be the main practice nurse here was unbelievably rough inconsiderate and just damn right not suitable for such an invasive role when I say she was rough this is an understatement a women’s vagina is not a piece of meat the way this nurse shoved the spectrum inside me to open up the cervix was so uncomfortable and distressing you wonder why women avoid their smears. No women should have gone through my ordeal and to top it off the doors have no locks so a patient outside in the waiting area knocks the doors and walks straight in mid insertion - Nov 14 2023 I attend for two vaccinations Typhoid and tetanus a very young inexperienced nurse firstly didn’t wash her hands or glove up prior to proceeding with the inoculations prior to the nurse attending she was running late I am in the waiting area the nurse attends 10 mins late and calls me straight in she proceeds to take her coat off and turn on the computer I had to ask her to wash her hands and glove up….. secondly I receive a phone call 30mins after leaving to say this nurse has someHOW stabbed herself in the thigh whilst disposing of a used needle the receptionist rings me to ask if I have HIV HEP A B or C REALLY SERIOUSLY Triangle Surgery! The evening of the 15/11/2023 I receive a second call from GP asking me to go for blood screening due to the nurse having had a stick injury whilst disposing off a used needle HOW or WHY is this now my problem when this YOUNG inexperienced nurse has done this to herself!!!!! The GP who rang was quite rude forceful wouldn’t allow me to speak and then had the cheek to say am I refusing to go for blood screening for a nurses error. I have since emailed my letter of complaint about my treatment received. On 22/11 I get a feeble halfhearted apology from the GP in question about my two telephone calls absolutely pathetic excuses made for ringing me in my email I pointed out the NHS protocol that the nurse in question should have been following as stated in their sharps injury contamination policy. This GP advised it was Triangle Surgery policy to ring patients to make them aware of a nurses mistake well this begs the question then as to whether or not I can have a copy of this so called policy, afterall a policy is a copy of t’s and c’s that should be made available to me right because I was phoned twice!!!!!! - Lastly why do none of the surgery doors have locks on them many a time I’ve been inside the doctors office mid consultation the door knocks and staff walk in. STAFF should wait to hear the words COME IN prior to entering it is RUDE patients talk to their GPs in confidence and should not feel intimidated or discouraged or interrupted during their appointments. I saw a nurse last year quite close to surgery closing time mid consultation the cleaner comes in to empty the bins this cleaner can hear everything the GP is saying. As stated above during a routine smear this year another patient knocks on the door and enters mid spectrum being inserted TRIANGLE SURGERY BROOMWOOD ROAD SW18 DO BETTER A patient should feel safe and respected whilst in a GP’s office you have signs all over the walls NHS staff should not be abused at their place of work WHAT about us the PATIENT. Sort out the open plan reception area a patient should have privacy when talking to your staff a waiting room full of patients should not have to hear my personal details

Its all chaotic and muddled and uncaring. This surgery should be shut down or given new management

Absolutely useless. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Worst surgery I have ever encountered. They do not care about their patients so I do not actually understand why these people have gotten a job in the healthcare industry. They should reconsider their jobs if they don't care about their patients WHICH THEY OBVISOULY DO NOT!
