The reception staff are incompentant, rude and unhelpful. The doctor I see is patronising and condesdending at times. He is argumentative he doesn't listen to what you say forcing you to repeat yourself two or even three times. He dismiss' any information you provide and contradicts information you get from HNS professionals or the NHS website. His office and desk is a mess. He changes what he says constantly so you have to roughly guess what he means. It's just a terrible practice overall |

I have been with this clinic for more than 10 years but I have never needed them until recently. But to get an appointment from them is mission impossible. And to gat an appointment with a lady doctor is like finding a needle in a haystack.
The front desk lady I spoke to was soo rude but not all of them.
The doctor I was seeing is like the comments above is not caring, does not have eye contact, really messy Room. I feel like I will get some illness going there.
I feel like there is a miss communication among the staff that they are Allways lost in translation. It’s upsetting to get an appointment after 3 weeks and to be told that they are not Avaliabe today or if they get the wrong information.
I feel frustrated and let down by this surgery all the time. Time to move on. |

The surgery consists of many polite people, who are always willing to help. My doctor is very kind and always listens to the problems of his patients. The receptionist is very kind and willing to help organise the appointments, she is always smiling and makes everyone happy and comfortable within the surgery. Another doctor is a very friendly doctor, she has a nice way with children and understands the problems well and thoroughly explain how to deal with some situations. A very good surgery, very friendly people, willing to help and care without any problems. THANK YOU! |
