Just called my surgery to book a non urgent appointment for a medication review and was greeted by a charming young man. He was very helpful and explained all of the options availabe to me in a polite and friendly manner. In my opinion this is typical of the staff at this surgery. Never had a problem with anyone. Only seen one gp so far, (which is a plus for me) Very happy with my surgery. Thank you for the good service. | ||||||
